Terms of use

1. Purpose

These terms of use govern access to and use of Minsa, a management application for preschools and the families they invite to it. By using the service, the user accepts these terms.

2. Description of the service

Minsa lets schools run the day-to-day (student records, classes, attendance, activities, documents) and communicate with families (messaging, album, publications, notifications). Available features depend on the plan the school subscribes to.

3. Access and accounts

Accounts are created and administered by the school: there is no open sign-up for the general public. Each user accesses the service using their phone number and a one-time code.

Each user is responsible for keeping their access and the devices they log in on confidential.

4. User obligations

Each user undertakes to:

• use the service in line with its purpose and their role;
• not attempt to access data that does not concern them, nor to bypass security measures or per-school isolation;
• respect the privacy of children and families, particularly regarding photographs and sensitive information;
• not publish unlawful, abusive content or content infringing third-party rights.

5. User-published content

By publishing content (photo, message, document), the user warrants that they hold the necessary rights and, where applicable, consents — in particular for a child's image. Minsa may remove any manifestly unlawful content reported to it.

6. Subscription and payment

Access to features depends on the plan the school subscribes to. Payment is handled by a secure payment provider; Minsa does not store card data.

7. Intellectual property

The Minsa application, its brand, interfaces and own content are protected and remain the property of the publisher. Data entered by schools and families remains their own.

8. Availability and liability

Minsa uses reasonable means to ensure the availability and security of the service, without guaranteeing the complete absence of interruption. Liability limits will be set out in the final version.

9. Term, suspension and termination

In the event of serious breach, access may be suspended. At the end of the relationship with a school, data follows the retention then deletion cycle described in the privacy policy.

10. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the applicable law (to be confirmed). In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any action.
