Prices exclude tax and are billed monthly in US dollars. Schools based in Indonesia are billed in rupiah (from Rp 525,000 / month). Quotas (storage, number of active students) apply per school. If you exceed them, a grace period precedes any lock — your data is never deleted automatically.
